The Lutheran Care Network is a 501 c(3) not for profit organization governed by a 10-member Board of Directors. Funding for the corporation is provided through Medicaid, Medicare, insurance and self-pay fees. The corporation files an annual 990 tax return with the IRS providing a financial overview of the sources of revenue, operating expenses and administrative costs of the organization. Copies of this document are open to public inspection.
