Normanskill Terrace at Good Samaritan Village

A 36-unit, two-story one- and two-bedroom apartment complex for low- to sheltered- income senior citizens. Opened in May 1990, the building is located on 2.5 acres at Good Samaritan Village on Rockefeller Road.
Occupancy Requirements:Occupancy is limited to very low-income elderly. The head of the household or spouse must be 62 years of age or older.
