Good Samaritan, located in Delmar, a suburb of Albany, is one of five TLCN affordable independent living sites.

This 36-unit two-story senior housing facility with elevator includes 32 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units. Four are handicap accessible. Low-income seniors 62 years and older may apply. Section 8 vouchers are available for 26 of the units. Rent is based on income.
